Hello, my name is Bernadette Achterberg, A-C-H-T-E-R-B-E-R-G. I got your information from my church. I am not sure if I'm selling or not but I wanted to ask some questions. My husband passed in 2024 and the house is in both our names still and I don't know if that's a problem. It's in Surprise, in the Sun Village community, it's a two bedroom with a den. Somebody told me I can't sell it until the probate is done but somebody else said that's not right. I don't want to be pressured. Please call between nine and eleven in the morning.
What Claude read out of it

A dash means the model found nothing in the text and refused to guess. That is the correct answer, not a gap.

She says outright "I am not sure if I'm selling or not but I wanted to ask some questions" and adds "I don't want to be pressured" — that is an information-gathering call, not a seller ready to transact. There is real underlying life change (husband passed in 2024, title still in both names, conflicting advice about whether probate must close first), which can turn into a listing, but nothing here signals a timeframe or a price. The property description is thin: a two-bedroom with a den in the Sun Village community of Surprise, no street address, no postal code, and nothing to price against. She is reachable — a phone number is on file and she named a nine-to-eleven morning window — so this is worth a patient, low-pressure call from an agent comfortable explaining probate and title, but it should not be routed as a live listing opportunity.

How the 11 agents on the roster would rank for this lead today

This is a fresh ranking against the roster as it stands right now, not a replay of the routing pass above. Capacity moves — an agent who had room when this lead came in may be full today — so the order here can differ from the decision that was recorded, and where it does, the recorded reason is still the one that was acted on.
