A FSBO lead arrives. Claude reads it. It lands on the right desk.
This is one working slice of Liberty House 2.0 — not a mock-up. A for-sale-by-owner seller types a few messy sentences into a form. Claude pulls the address, price and timing out of it, scores how serious the seller is, and writes down why. The system then routes the lead to the agent best placed to close it, and shows its reasoning for that too.
Everything below runs on real qualification calls against the messy text you can read for yourself on any lead. Nothing is scripted, and where the system failed to read a lead, it says so rather than guessing.
How one lead moves through it
It arrives messy
A web form, a pasted email, a voicemail transcription. No structure, often no address, sometimes shouting in capitals. That is what real FSBO enquiries look like, so that is what goes in.

The address, price and timing come out as fields. Motivation, timeline and price realism come out as a judgement, with two to five sentences of written reasoning a broker can argue with.

Licensure is a hard gate, not a preference. Then FSBO conversion rate, then who actually has room. Every assignment carries a sentence naming the reason — and the agents who were passed over.
